Massage F.P.P. 2-3 times per week (before F.I.E.), sparingly to damp face for 30 seconds until you have dislodged dirt and sebum particles. Let F.P.P. stay on the face for an additional 5-30 minutes as desired. Rinse off with a wash cloth and warm water, pat dry. Apply F.I.E.
