HMB (ß-hydroxy ß-methylbutyrate) is a patented amino acid metabolite that was discovered by research scientists at Iowa State University. University studies conducted by EAS have shown that when intensely trained athletes supplement their diets with HMB, they gain significantly more lean mass and strength than athletes using a placebo.                      Recommended Use:
                     For a rich, creamy shake, combine contents of each packet with 16 oz of
                     cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45
